How to accept a problem (advice)

You have to feel good in your own little space. Often, you get pushed into situations, which you can’t easily get out of. It is stuck in your mind. No matter what you do…it’s on your mind!
Find a way to make yourself a little space where you can put your earplugs in (or e.g. meditate as I do alot)  and forget life for a second. Leave your problems how they are. In this place you don’t fight the problems… you accept them. Only for a minute. Make it look different to other places that surround you! It’s YOUR very own space!
